Off the Wagon—Chagrin Falls!

In 2021, Off the Wagon opened a second store to complement its Kent location. This Off the Wagon is located in Chagrin Falls. And it is amazing!

You must visit Off the Wagon to truly appreciate its quirky, fun charm. It is a toy store. Yes. But it is so much more...

There are games for children and games for adults. There are higher priced items and cheap stuff that will warm your heart. There are puzzles...plushy stuffed animals...books...sox with cheeky sayings...stickers...ukuleles...balls...the list goes on and on (and on and on and on and on). No matter your age and no matter your price range, Off the Wagon has something for you.

The Kent store is always busy, but I wanted to see the store in Chagrin Falls (which is, itself, a charming town!). So...off I went on the Saturday when the store was celebrating its 1-year anniversary. This location is more spacious than the one in Kent (which also includes the wonderful Red Letter Days store), and it can hold more stuff to attract interested buyers.

The windows (in both stores) are always a wonder with their ever-changing displays to coincide with the seasons or local events (the dragon in July for Potter-Fest was terrific, and so was The Grinch in December!). The staff is friendly, and customers always seem to be in a festive mood when shopping (watch out for small people trotting around and underfoot!). They also have a robust website for online ordering (https://www.offthewagonshop.com/). AND...(bonus points)...this is a woman-owned and operated business, which makes me want to support it even more.
