About:

Cover of the Month Contest is conducted by AllAuthor every month. The main purpose of this contest is to provide an opportunity for the Authors to promote their book in front of thousands of readers.

Guidelines to participate:

• Author profile must be complete and published on AllAuthor.

• Book Cover must be the same as on Amazon.

• Only those book covers can be submitted for which the author has the sole copyright.

• Book must be available to buy on Amazon, a preorder book can be submitted once it available to buy. Book information and Amazon buy link must be correct.

• Only one book cover can be submitted by an author in a month.

• Although erotica books are allowed, pornographic, salacious, obscene covers are not allowed for participation.

• Only covers of single books are allowed and it shouldn't be entered as a box set.

• If you have already submitted your book cover for any of the previous 'Cover of The Month' contests (and did not come under the top 3 winners), you can submit the same book cover again after a period of 6 months.

What is the contest's process?

To enhance the value of cover of the month contest, we have a Selection Committee comprised of experienced people in designing and books to choose the best-designed covers for the voting rounds.

The Selection Committee will choose the book covers based on the following criteria:

• The clarity and creativity of the cover.

• How well the cover describes the book.

• The uniqueness of the cover.

• The legiblity of the fonts with the cover.

• The size of book covers; standard book cover size (over sized over stretched cover will not be accepted. The only exception to children's book ).

• The selected participants will be informed through email about their cover's voting page in the contest.
  Note: The covers will be accepted or rejected based on the sole discretion of the Selection Committee of AllAuthor. Unfortunately we can't give you individual feedback about your selection.

• The voting process is divided into four rounds throughout the month. Each round happens for one week; hence the total duration of the contest is four weeks.

  Top 3 most voted book covers will be announced as Winners

  For every single book cover, first 50 votes can users vote with or without registering at AllAuthor. After that particular cover has obtained 50 votes, any further users who wish to vote for that cover have to be a registered user of AllAuthor or new users can register and then vote for the cover.
